i have a Payment Issue

We give utmost priority in handling the issue related to payment , we use Razorpay and Stripe as our payment gateways which are trusted payment gateway partners globally.

If there's an issue regarding payment, firstly please do not worry. We are here to assist and your money is safe. Please follow the below procedure should you experience payment related issue

1. Email our support team with screenshot of payment confirmation, payment ID & screenshot of the payment.
2. Please check your bank account frequently for any refund ( May take upto 7 business days )

Things you should know before raising a ticket in regard to payment; 

1. All the payments are processed via 3rd party website "Razorpay" or "Stripe"
2. Issue resolution may take between 7-20 business days and even more, if further investigation is required.
3. We would require a copy of bank pass book copy for the transaction period, as it would be necessary to process your payment and the information may be asked by our payment gateway provider.
4. We would assist you during the entire process , and if required you will be directed to contact Razorpay or Stripe.
