Things you should know before raising a ticket in regard to payment;
1. All the payments are processed via 3rd party website "Razorpay" or "Stripe"
2. Issue resolution may take between 7-20 business days and even more, if further investigation is required.

We would require a copy of bank pass book copy for the transaction
period, as it would be necessary to process your payment and the
information may be asked by our payment gateway provider.
4. We would assist you during the entire process , and if required you will be directed to contact Razorpay or Stripe.
